Interestingly enough, it's featuring something other than just MOBA games and Starcrat.

well... cs:go is suppose to be the new cs1.6 developed by the cs1.6 devs. (yes, forget about cs:s its an abormination made by randoms) and imo its worthy successor

Well, after quitting competitive CS, I tried to follow it and keep myself updated but honestly, I haven't checked any esport for years now.
I haven't even played CS:GO yet and probably even won't. I am just surprised that there actually seems to be a successor for 1.6...

And Source wasn't that bad actually. The big clans just kept bitching about it cuz it was partially very different to what they were used to and they weren't willing to start from scratch, fearing their "skill" wasn't able to follow and loosing money in the process. It's a business after all.

Anyway, I gonna try to follow the cs:go tournament in the streams when I can. Should be interesting to see it in action for the first time :P

What's the CS line-up? Can't seem to find a list of the teams playing...

cs:s doesn't have the same feel as 1.6. cs:go have the exact same feel as 1.6 but just with better gfx. you should really try it. then you know what I mean and understand that this is the new 1.6 :)

theres huge difference 1.6 <> cs:s worlds of difference I don't know where to begin listing all the differences and tbh fuck it :p I think u can google it :p

I didn't say there is no difference between 1.6 and source... just that it isn't all that bad but different. But let's not argue about that - it's close to a religious war when it comes to Source and 1.6 :D Dangerous terrain...

Thanks for the links, appreciate it. :)
