Title: EU player on NA servers

Well there was a lot of discussion on the NA servers while the EU servers were down and we on the NA side of things came to the conclusion that America is better than Europe at a lot of things. My question is do you agree that America is a better country than Europe?

Another question. Why should we care? Eventually either the world will end or both countries continents will just end up being chapters in history books at the most. Don't see much reason for these discussions.

You cannot truly compare the EU guys that went to the NA servers as no sane minded EU player would go to NA, you just got the people we are trying to get  rid of

Haha, truth. I will admit I went to NA 1 the other night to mess around with the naked swarm ^^ Some parts of America are good for sure... Europe is awesome though :)

It doesn't make sense.
America is obviously not USA only, even if saying NA only, as NA would include (at least) 3 countries, not one. :P

However us Germans can still say, "we are Pope!".

This was all well and right, but they lost me at "then create a welfare state". Because that is totally not going to ruin a land of immigration.

Here's a question; people from France are French, people from Spain are Spanish, and people from Mexico are Mexicans. If citizens of the USA arent called 'Americans', then what are they called? 'USA-ians'?

Now more serious:
In Spanish they are often called "Estadounidenes" (Estados Unidos is the name of the country, so effectively Unitedstatians as you propose). This is mostly because of the influence both ways between Spain and Latin America. Or you could say "people from the US". I have American family, they are from Argentina.

It is like calling Europeans only those from the EU, forgetting about Eastern Europe, Norway, Switzerland,the Balcan countries, etc; like calling Arabs only those people from the United Arab emirates, just because it has Arab in its name.

So the smart thing would be to try and change it, but hey, part of this comes from things that arise in the video NuberT posted. Ignorance, unwillingness to change and adapt (curious how the same happens in cRPG with class balance and QQing), being mislead by media, official people, etc.
