Title: Get rid of 2h blocking while kicking

Its such a bs thing to do, if the guy is trying to kick you he shouldnt be able to block at the same time

You can't do it on eu 1. Unsure about the other servers though

You can, it just requires a ping above (I think) 60 (, could be any other number though).

It always happens on Na, only 2 and polearms can do it I think. If you try to kick with a shiel you get your leg sliced, kinda bs.

I cant duel people in EU3 anymore. The players dont even give a shit anymore. They are doing the "Can-can" infront of my face all the time. The penalty for fucking up a kick is so tiny  that they just spam the shit out of kicks, which leaves me to do nothing but "S" key the whole time.  :( I can name only couple of people that acctually do wellplanned kicks, but mostly its just nonstop kickspam with most players I duel.

Polearm regular players rarely kick compared to 2h for some reason. Except 2d polearms

I prefer people being able to block while kicking to getting kicked while swinging at nearly the full reach of a shortsword swing.

Would love to see this on NA but it takes 6 months to get server patches EU has.

This would put some risk for people who badly time surprise kicks, cuz right it's basically a free attack since you can defend yourself at same time.

If you are expecting kicks tho in duels it's very easy to chamber them now.

I uh, thought that the most recent patch removed blocking while kicking? At least on the test servers. I certainly seem to be unable to block while kicking now, anyway.

Battle and siege both have this (as well as the other tweaks that come with the beta, such as the modified weapon spin rates).

this is true, kicks are so ridiculously easy these days that most people just spam them every cooldown. at least 3/4 of the duels i lose are too kicks, it's dumb.

They should just nerf the kick to be exactly like it was in native; i have no idea why the kick got such a huge buff in crpg it's absolutely fine as it is in native .. :/

You are a 2h at heart Vibe. Also, there are exceptions. I think I kick quite a lot when I have a shield (not always a very good idea). The only player I remember doing this even more was Deserter_RobbStark (or some equivalently forgettable name).

I really dont loose much duels to kicks. Thats why im not really bitter about it. My vendetta is that its just sorta annoying when people recklessly nonstop use it in hopes they get lucky. I have no issue when I get my ass kicked by someone who plans them well, even when he fucks up. Kudos to that guy. But you random kickspammers suck, thats just pure abooze. In duel guys who do a failing kick every 3 seconds just sorta annoy me, considering that they can instantly block aswell. And the penalty for me, if these randomers get lucky is usually 50% of my HP gone. Thats quite alot considering the fact they can pull this move off any time they want and without much punishment if they fuck it up....

I dont think you will spot the problem when you play as 2h/polearm. You spot the problem when you play as 1h against people who have longer range weapons. Many of these kickspammers dont go for kicks if they fight people with long weapons. Cause thats way more dangerous if you really do suck at kicking.
