A part of it got used, but police and illustrations are not the same x) Font is also completely different.

Is it weird that I want to use this pic to make a flip book like kids have, where I can pick a top middle and bottom to make a Bear/Cow/Whale, or in this case many Risens?

Last weeks losses for the Steel axis and the Blackfists - 2600 troops

For them to loose these troops we sacrificed - 0 troops

But at the same time Wolves gained 1600 troops from the Blackfists

I declare last weeks crap clans a tie between the Risens and the Blackfists  :mrgreen:

The true losses are the soldiers who died on the battlefield, don't you think :D and yet when it comes about those losses our K/D is wonderful .

To be honest their melee performance was weird, but still., they almost succeed at stealing our flags ... Because of some mindless fools in our ranks who didn't wanted to stop their charge. But still after a lot of perseverance + the mighty assistance of rogue at commanding his group, and the efforts of our mercenaries we owned.
Anyway it could have been better but also worse.

EU_cRPG_Risen_Melee will be running in 10 hours (unofficially so not linked to db), as the name implies this is a melee only server for those of you out there who prefer it up close and personal. The server would be up 24/24  except on sundays at 7pm, it would be used as a locked training server for the clan. Our server will be host in Paris, and have a madafaking strong up connection, so it should be okay for most of the european players.

Server rules will be enforced strictly and bans are for the most part permanent. If you for some reason think you have been unjustly banned, send me a PM describing the situation and why you should be unbanned. Not reading the rules is not an excuse to be unbanned!

Rules:
No Ranged
No Cavalry, of any kind
No Pikes, Long Spears or Bamboo Spears
No Crushtrough Weapons
No Team Attacking
No Revenge Teamattacking
No Rage Polls or other abuse of the poll system
No Leeching
No Hiding or refusing to fight, this is a battle server

Chat Rules:
No Excessive Trolling
No Raging at other players, personal insults will not be tolerated

Admins:

This is a EU server and as such the chat should preferably be kept in english.

Unfortunately there is no way to turn off cav or spears in the server config, so this will have to be dealt with by polls and admins.

It'll have 30 slots as the good old one , and will be connected to crpg database really soon (xp gold), just hope meow is feeling good.

We are also thinking about a 200 slots servers, but as we are seeing the others servers empty we think that it might be a waste of time.
Moreover we might change our ts ip, for a 512 one.

I accendentally deleted The melee server's thread on the server info board. Shame on me, anyway I'll keep up the stream here, because I'm too lazy to rebuild that thread , and I know that it won't help us to have it official yet.
The current situation is ... No answer since a week , to our officialization request. Server would still up for 1 year, until it gets accepted, if not then I'll make it native :p

Just as an information we are currently preparing the transition on a new teamspeak server (hosted on our own machine ) , so you might find the players spreaded on both (old and new) sometimes . However the new one would be definetly operational the 1st of June.

About strategus , you can apply to our steel axis faction , and increase your chance to have a place in our rosters against kapikulus ^^. There is also a steam group tho, which could help sometimes .

Last tip is about the trainings .. They take place on Sundays and approximately start at 7pm

Enjoy your place here , hope to see you in the afk channel.

Only one time for real, and it was by Sivlan, Thassadar and me like 6 months ago. Now the clan is pretty stable tho, we can almost consider that it's success , according to the conditions we started with ^^ . But still we are far from the real risen at its climax.
The other risen thread ( except the authentic) you might have seen on the forum , were fakes made by some random children .

Is the melee server linked to the DB yet? It seems so lonely on the server list, being 0/30 all the time.

EDIT: So it seems it's not. If I can give an advice, as I was kind of in charge of getting the last melee server connected (since Thovex didnt give a shit :) ), get on IRC regulary and bug devs about getting the server connected. It's by far the fastest way to get it done.
I think it took me about 2 weeks of everyday asking cmp to get the server connected. Have your IP and all the stuff needed ready and just get on there and annoy cmp (or whoever is in charge of that stuff), he'll give in eventually.

:/ I already asked cmp 2 times, but he told me , he isn't anymore in charge of this..

I'll try some dirty tactics later on though. How long has the server been set up for already? As in, how long is it ready, just waiting to be connected?

Pretty weird that he is the only guy in charge of that stuff indeed.
About the server , it's up for almost a month now . We are only waiting it to be connected to the Db :p , also the server matches all the requirements on meow's thread , and yet nothing has been done :/ it's basically supposed to take  maximum 2 weeks.
