What's the point of having 21 strength in this build?

If you max PD at 7 and WM at 7, you only have 3 skill points left over...I would highly advise against converting 14 skills to attributes at a level 30 build...and only in some circumstances to convert 8 skills to atts (which would allow you to have a build like 18/21)

I'm not a dedicated archer, but I'd suggest 18/18 with rus bow or long bow (if you go 18/21 you will only have 3 Power Strike, which is terrible):

Level 30 (4 420 577 xp)

    Strength: 18
    Agility: 18
    Hit points: 63

    Converted: 2
    Ironflesh: 5
    Power Strike: 6
    Athletics: 6
    Power Draw: 6
    Weapon Master: 6

You should be able to do like 150 archery WPF and about 50 WPF in 1h with that build.

Is that not enough?  Like I said, I'm not a dedicated archer, only have a STF and it's 18/21

163 WPF in archery (none in any others)

7 WM
7 Athletics
6 PD
3 PS

I personally would prefer the 18/18 build (drop all 1h WPF if need be) but have 6 PS instead of 3.

21/21 is a decent build. A little inaccurate, but if ur gonna use a rus or longbow it's great(especially with longbow). I hope ur planning on playing thru lvl 31? Because that's when u reach the builds max potential.
I would personally go with a 18/24 build though.

18/18 is fun aswell, 6 ps 6pd makes you a great hybrid, 50wpf in melee. ^^
