Title: HALP!! My game's messed up (screenshots)

What do I do?  Do I have to reinstall the game?  Do I reinstall warband, or C-rpg, or both?

I haven't changed any setting or anything, so I'm really confused why this is happening every time I start up the game.
Any advice appreciated!

Sometimes when I start the game, its fine.  Sometimes I get these graphical errors, maybe 4/5 times.
Edit: also I can alt-tab out and back in to the game, and it looks different each time...but always very messed up.

When I have this I just alt tab once and its gone.
