I would first like to thank Tanken and give him the credit for this great idea which he did a few weeks back. I am look for a new avatar so the person who creates the best avatar will be awarded a Arma 3 alpha guest pass. If you guys want examples you can check out Tanken's thread (http://forum.meleegaming.com/general-discussion/tanken's-'replace-my-ugly-avatar'-contest-win-gold!-(must-be-hand-drawn)/) and I will post some screenshots for a basis of what my character looks like below but it would be better if the picture was not a carbon copy of them. visitors can't see pics , please register or login

It seems the artists are either taking a great deal of care and effort with their work or are not with us today.

I'll probably make another paint drawing sometime tomorrow.

Was bored so I made it now:

Couldn't get the legs to turn out with my limited drawing skills, so I left them out. :)

The second picture in your first post had a kill message saying "Teutonic_Tye killed Bluemoon". The guys name "Tye" made me think of a Tie-Fighter, so I made a Tie-Fighter shooting a blue moon.

it might seem like a "cartoon" effect, but it's not. you can have them for free; my toaster can't even run arma

Sorry this is incredibly late but didn't have much urgency because I already told Dafaldor in game chat and he can't run arma so if Dafaldor wants to give someone it or one of you guys post an amazing avatar for me you can have the pass. (I will changing my avatar when I get home and can use my real computer, on my lunchbox right now.)
