Usually all us players CRPG meet in a battle or a siege our antagonist ... the most hated character that hits you by surprise, makes fun or is arrogant in the manner and in writing is bad or disgusting smelly or or or or Apart from the jokes .... this is also the fun of the game in the face to make fun of ... (each one is unique if the game will be unique) Who is your opponent? what is always a pleasure killing joke tease ... etc ...?

I've used this concept from the very start of cRPG, I use the term "nemesis". It's more ominous, and really anyone not on your team is an "opponent". It needs a word with a more specific target. My first nemesis that I remember was Ptah, a fucking my old friendcher of course. Currently, I dunno, VanDamne probably. I really, really want to kill him whenever I see him on servers, and he is a worthy opponent, suitably rage inducing.

Byzantium_Teeth, I literally go out of my way to kill him when I see him.

I run past everyone blocking them flawlessly cause im perfect at the game, and try to kill Teeth- even if it's a 1 v 7, i'll take those odds to kill that mother fucker. :D

Reason:

He's too much of an asset to the enemy team and if I can tie him up/kill him he won't poke my team mates! :D

Uff...hard to say who's my nemesis. I'm pretty damn sure that i am hetmans nemesis, though. Ones he spots me on the battlefield it feels like he forgets everyone around him to kill me. He was mine back when we both were archers, however i don't hold a grudge against him anymore. No idea why he still does.

Well, maybe Knitler. I really cannot deal with his speed and if he's around i can't lift my shield for a fuckin blink of an eye without getting poked.


And in general, especially when i am using a ranged character, i aim for the players that are most likely to do much harm to my team.

This applies perfectly well for me.


I really don't have an opponent, most of everyone can be killed via teamwork or fighting dirty, and those that mop the floor with me I know exactly why I died and accept it. This game does not really have large amounts of "dying due to outside forces" compared to other online games. Nobody can really troll well and is from the generation that thinks insults = trolling so there goes the "offended part" besides the folks that make me shake my head in wonder. I thankfully can't smell most of the players when they play (Besides a select few) so I don't even have to worry about that... And everyone dies eventually, whether mobbing with friends, teamwounding on accident, couching with cav, surprising in a corner with a strength crutcher/ninja, or a well timed/lucky shot via a range weapon.


*shrugs*


There are some teammates though that I wish would stay away from me, as I suspect there are a few plenty who think the same of me! :mrgreen:

Blueberrymuffin! When i was totally fresh in this game and had my first practise with him he rly took me down on earth. I knew i wasnt good but jeez i couldnt even touch him when he stood still letting me attack.

Ive had my best fights with Cora, raging hard afterward  and second to that.. Royans most likely: i think he knows i start throwing keyboards around as soon as I get bumpslashed..  :P

Also hes so good at riding the horse i cant even manage to rear him with 20meter rod of doom..  :|

As I am a ninja, my most dangerous opponents are:
- agi shielders (Makelele!  :evil:): they are hard to spam, they can sustain all my feints and they can kill me in 1 hit.
- obviously, archers and xbowmen (those who hit me because they don't even care if I dodge or not).
- other ninja-like players (Chuck_Norice, Steven_Seagal and such).

And anyone with whom I have spoken to in TS and can imagine raging when I kill him/her/it. Adds a new dimension to the game.

My Nemesis would be Mars_of_Astralis somehow when I play on NA I always wanna take him down but then suddenly it makes bumbadumpaherpderp and I'm down :/

I wouldn't call Khorin a spammer. Yes, he doesn't block much, but that is only because he chambers the attacks most people would block  :lol:

Anyway, All SB_ arbalest snipers are a real pain in the ass. Lil fu****s die in about 3 swing no matter if they were trying to block or not. But they are accurate. Nothing is more annoying than that they run faster, suck in melee and still can 1shot you. SB_Veselov deserves a special mentioning here  :lol: I love you guys.

+ Kinngrimms shield is a trophy kill.

While HX's are a pain in the ass in general, Hate is like a dildo covered in barbed wire that some shoved up your rectum. Everytime he is on the server its basicly a duel between him and me.

I tried to kill him whenever I get near to him, because if I leave him be he will be 1 miles away in a couple of seconds (and score a goal afterwards.)

I'm attracted to people that kill me often. Each time I die I target them a little more, resulting in more deaths for me :?

Also Khorin blocks a lot more than most people. In fact he may have displayed the greatest prowess at blocking multiple enemies I've ever seen (of course you don't see many people blocking a lot in such a context in the first place).

   Don't have a specific opponent, would be easier to nominate favorite partners, but there are those players that give me particular pleasure on killing just by either being major raging persons, ego whores, glitching cunts, grudge holders, dancing divas, admins/devs or simply random complete idiotic entities.

P.e.:

For Eu it's if you have Kapikulu on your team you stand more chance of surviving if you run through the whole enemy team than fighting with them guys

People who have my number:

The only real person I can think of that I always get better than they get me (9 out of 10 times anyways) is the "IAMSOCK" person.  Going back probably over a year ago, I would always seem to get Aldogalus with a heavy lance couch on quite a few rounds per map, but that's changed considerably.  Bumblebee used to always fuck me up with the awlpike (or flamberge can't remember which, there was someone else who used to always get me with whatever bumblebee didn't use).  But not so much any more.

Back when Tommyhu actually played, we had basically the same exact builds and horses and heavy lances (I always had a lot more armor, which doesn't matter when you're both riding at each other, it was always 1 hit kill) and I would always try to out lance him, he would get me 9 times out of 10, but I had to try every time.

Backlash, Teeth and other poking bastards with long sticks. Whenever i see a pikeman/longsperman, i want to drive MAH PIKE through his face soooo badly. Usually i succeed, cause besides Backlash, Teeth and sereval other seasoned pikemen (Largg and some other byz/mercs guys), wannabe pikers SUCK - i dodge their inept attempts to poke me and get their skulls as souvenirs.

BTW i could never understand why Teeth onehits me and i can hit him like 2-3 times but he doesnot die. Ain't fair. Backlash at least has decency to die if i poke him too much (if i dont die earlier  :lol:)

PS Oh and Latviano whenever he's in opposite team. And Oberyn. OOoh and mah favourite Royanns.

I don't really hate fighting anyone, but I do love a good HA duel. Keeps me on my toes.

It does feel good to kill people using the Nodachi though...(Robert_Namo)... That thing is so long! Especially when it comes flying at you suddenly from a bush!. In conclusion, Robert_Namo loves to hide in bushes.

Actually I like the concept of "worst enemy this round, best ally next round". There are no hard feelings when a x-bow shoots me 5 times in a row, when I see him next round reloading I try to give him cover with my shield or aid him in battle.  :)
Abusive 2h spammers and similar pricks are different though. I hate it to get killed by someone with an op spam weapon, especially my old friends with blunt knock-down weapons. F**k them...  :mrgreen:

If it's possible to code it would be awesome to get a small gold+xp bonus for "revenge" kills. If you manage to kill the guy who killed you on the previous round (obviously only if he is now on the enemy team), bonus! I think it would encourage interaction, competitiveness and nerdrage all around, which can only be good for the game. Could be open to exploitation, though, if two buddies manage to get on opposite teams on purpose, though I don't think the probability of being on one team then the other every 2 rounds is high enough to be a problem. The bonus would be more for flavour anyways, not a huge prize. Maybe the worth of a tick on whatever multiplier you're on?

Actually come to think of it I totally spaced out on the first ever crpg server, constant ruins with Varyag the warhorse riding great long axe swinging monster in full elite vaegir armor. He was kind of everyone's nemesis though :/.

My enemy would have to be shield users. I used to enjoy using regular weapons, but it gets so boring when all someone has to do is hold the block button and swing when they know it's safe.

In the beginning, it was every skilled archer. These days, I don't really have one, to be honest. I seem to fight different people every round, and the rivalries aren't as defined.

Historically, well Oberyn must have been the first. I always had this hate for otherwise very good players playing the most OP playstyle available. Later on, archers.  Ninjas were created to cut down on archers without becoming a bitch oneself. Nowadays, I'm hatin' more on xbowers though.. Veselov manages to provoke me enourmously.

Nebun, Hetman and Blackbow were archers I just had to kill. :)

The "Ikaruz has no screen for 7 seconds"-error I randomly get while playing. When this happens, I fall from a wall, run blindly into an enemy or get shot. Must be something with my graphics card, tried out a LOT of things but well... I will face this problem in the summer when I got time again for that :I

Actually, my arch-enemies always change; those who annoy me the most during a round are my no.1 targets. (can be annoying teammates too)

Anyways, people who always get my attention when I see them:
- Knitler (not really an "enemy", but I HAVE to charge him with a downblock so he doesn´t stab my whole team in 3 secs)
- (during strat) I-walk-all-around-the-map-alone-to-get-to-your-flags-Kingrimm
- every ranged unit

I don´t get angry a lot anymore about people since I mostly play crossbow now; it´s as relaxing as fishing and you just don´t give a fuck how good he/she is. Pew, you´re dead.

I love fighting many opponents on the field ( Sandy, Honeydew, cyranule, kap10, saul, many many others ) but my favourite and most challenging is San.

Canary and aldo first. Funny how canary always goes for me when he gets in range even though there might be a few ppl between him and me. Aldo just because he rages at archers so much. Good xbowers as well, particularly desire and karma.

Well my list isnt big but these are the ppl i dont see as opponents or enemies but like rivals:

1. Fallen_Woodland - i enjoy ranged chess games with him
2. no_rules_just_play_HRE - My favorite melee target that doesnt use shield
3. Hetman_the_Grey - This is kurwa vs useless business

RasFrenzyYYY - I had most fun dueling this guy and fighting side by side with him

1. Nebun - I think he aims exclusively for my head, I feel elated when I manage to reach him in one piece :D

2. GTX - managed to beat him relatively often in duels with the old 2h stab animation, due to chambering, but currently I stand no chance..

3. Every shielder - only a dead shielder is a good shielder!

tbh the most fun type of nemesis-like encounter I did have vs. good cavs. There is almost a good amount of rage included and 1 small mistake usually means 1hit death for either oponent. This list goes from Tommyy, UGLYBASTARD over Torben to Master_Cav and many others I don't recall right now.

As a horse archer, every enemy horse archer is a chance to fight HONORABLE CIRCLE OF DUELING ARROWS.

It's amazing how hard it is for both of you to hit each other when you're just spinning in circles and releasing arrows as soon as you can.

Any sort of cav that bumps me.  They will not do it when I look at them but as soon as my back is turned focusing on another enemy they swoop in and bump me. 

Also 2h str plate crutchers that will never 1v1 and actively run away from me in a 1v1 situation.
