Curtis Woodhouse, 32, is a professional light-welterweight boxer. A former member of the Premier League club Birmingham City, Woodhouse retired from professional soccer in 2006 to pursue a career in boxing.
On Friday, Woodhouse lost a light-welterweight fight to Shayne Singleton in a split decision. Twitter user @jimmyob88 took the opportunity to begin making fun of Woodhouse. Things escalated from there.
