Title: Ranked/Training Duels

There are a lot of people asking "How to manage between ranked and training duels?"
The answer is simple:
- If you hold the upper block(you can hold any other block), before pressing "F"- then it's ranked
- If you just press "F"- then its training

I don't think it should be upblock to be honest because most people do that out of force of good habit.

Maybe a different button completely.

Tenne, I'm not 100%. But I believe this has already been implemented and is not a suggestion.
