Title: Ban request ICBC suicide running/leeching

This guy would, every round, spawn and run into a straight line. If he got stuck he would just sit there until killed or if he run into an enemy, he just died, never tried to fight.

Tried to call admins multiple times, but nobody was  there, so here, ban request.

Hes a lecher but i mean what can a man do with 334 ping haha :)

Can confirm he was leeching, killed him quite a few rounds when he got stuck autorunning into fences.
