The first pic, can you name the items in order from top left to bottom right?

I think I just found a new favorite armor set! Many thanks an awesomebars.

Welp, bought the Kuyak armor, turns out it's invisible in-game. Did I miss a patch?

I'm not sure that those were all added. However, I can tell you top left is Novgorod helm, top middle is the heavier Tagancha helm with Rus lamellar cuirass, top right is Gnezdovo helm with a differently skinned Rus lamellar, bottom left is the (I think heavier) kuyak with Rus helm (not sure if it's buyable), bottom middle is Nikolskoye helmet with possibly (?) Rus scale armour, and bottom right is the other kuyak with the lighter Tagancha helm. The foot armours are Rus cavalry boots (top middle) and Rus shoes (top right).

There are also other new armours like the litchina helm, the Byrnja and the Nordic nobleman outfit. You can view all the items yourself using OpenBRF (http://forums.taleworlds.com/index.php?topic=72279.0), a very simple program.
