Title: Add shield bash/nudge to the controls.ini

This is probably already in the works but I thought I'd make a post just to be safe.  Please add shield bash/nudge to the crpg_beta_controls.ini so that I can move the bind somewhere more reachable...like F.

But if you move it to F, how will you crank the ballista?
