It is an advice for newbie players. Can you imagine a newbie having success with less than 15 str?

this. i can be succesfull with my 3 str rondell dagger warpriest and (used to be successfull untill they gave xbows 2 slots) with my xbow 6 str shotgunner, but these are not good builds for new players ofcourse.
