We are looking for some technical versatile guy/gal to act as the technical arm of the item unbalance team.
This means:
- be the technical advisor for the item unbalance team regarding models - moving the stats from the item balance team into the game - finding & implementing new items - has no item balance vote - needs to know how dds, brfs etc work

I propose myself: -friendly with game editors(openbrf, item & .dds editors, ) & 3-d editors(3ds max, meshlab etc.) -familiar with game optimization(lods, textures, sounds) -could fix model glitches(like invisible wall or tree parts) -could also make & maintain additional game optimization(smaler textures, less polygonal models) & Scary mod(for really old PCs) (http://forum.meleegaming.com/general-discussion/scary-mod-(for-native-crpg-v0-241)-crpg-optimization/?PHPSESSID=vj56b28kf7p7o9soolg1j6iq56) -could make missing models for destroyed walls, towers etc.(Strat catapult's victims) -could create & edit maps(like replacing strat flags, fixing scene glitches etc.) -playing c-rpg since open beta start -admining russian c-rpg forum since it's creation -have no life :)
Also, forum stats: http://forum.meleegaming.com/index.php?action=profile;area=statistics;u=2891 Total Time Spent Online: 19 days, 13 hours and 21 minutes. Total Posts: 649 posts Total Topics Started: 31 topics (half of them about game suggestions & bugs)

Looks like Segd is the right person for this. +1
If you additionally searching for someone who has longtime experience in modeling and texturing, who can fix/retexture existing models or creat new ones from scratch, I might help.
I am a graphic and web designer by profession. As a hobby I have made models for other games: Car-models for NFS3,NFS4 and some other models for games.
And for cRPG those Ottaman helmets, which are already in the mod: http://youtu.be/ZL_ovUBlg4A?hd=1 http://youtu.be/t5yJY8xdKok?hd=1
3d Editor: Autodesk 3ds Max (creating models,UVW, LODs, rigging etc.)
DDS tools/plugins (I have tested almost all, and know which one gives the best results with less artifacts and filesize) OpenBrf (very familiar)
I was thinking to bring back the "Black Armor" nostalgia...
