Organisation :
The Silk Road Confederation works on 2 levels of authority :
- Full Member
- Protector Member
A member can freely ask to be a part of the protectors.
Both ranks hold duties and rights.
Duties :
- the Confederation duties have priority above any other individual faction duties.
- must communicate its diplomacy treaties to this thread.
- no act of war will be tolerated between members.
- respect the trade policy of each members.
- join the defensive war of a member attacked by a faction which has more than double its number of players/fiefs or troops (only for Protector Members).
- when in a "coalition" in a war, members of this coalition cannot sign separate treaties.
Rights :
- every faction hold its own banner, color, trade and diplomacy policy, as long as it doesnt contradict any of the Confederation duties.
- every members can cross each other's territories without warning.
- benefit from military support of Protector Members if aggressed by an overwhelming force.
- one seat at the Council per faction.
- members in a war against the same enemy can create a "coalition" that will decide together about diplomacy.
Failure to comply to any of those laws will result in being expelled from the Silk Road Confederation.

Council :
Each faction will have 1 representative at the Council.
The Council will be summoned to vote on matters that concerns the whole Confederation : new duties and rights, to recruit or expel members.
Each new duties or rights will need to be accepted unanimously.
Accepting or expelling members will need to be accepted at the majority.
There is actually 6 seats at the Council :

* Representing the Knights who says Ni : Envoy Noblebeast
* Representing the Stromgarde Brigade : Envoy Uther Pendragon
* Representing the Peace Breakers : Envoy Serr (temporarily replaced by vitaly)

I remember you refused an "official" NAP, but we agreed on not attacking each other out of our territorities. And we both respected that.
Then 3 months later, Ghuraba attacks you and I'm responsible ? :| I didnt even sent troops to help, so I dont feel like I betrayed you at all.
And our rules about protection are there for at least 2 months, you're the first to feel its weight: I dont blame you for attacking, dont blame me for making laws up and betraying you (at the 3rd degree) 8-)
I'm happy there is drama in the confederation topic, it means we are starting to have success!
