Title: Great Axe

Hi,
i have a problem and i need help. After patching i logged on to the site and i found out i'm missing my Great Axe that i heirloomd into a Heavy Great Axe.
I'm close to my retirement and was going to heirloom it again because i use it often but now it's gone and i don't know how.
Don't know how to prove i had it but because it's gone and i'm confused.
So please help on this one, give my axe back to me if u can.

Same thing here. Great Axe (non-heirloomed one) is missing from my inventory (I mean, from the web page as well). Not that I used it so often, but still...

Same here, we should get a refund or it returned.

My favourite weapon...gone :cry: And it didnt came back...even made new character,and I still cant buy it.
