They do if you time-frame it properly.
They're out of order but if you look at the first image, you can see the "save" location & file name which is the same as the one in the final screenshot which means that it was taken just after the original one where Xquality clearly died at the beginning of the round to Tholfan. The middle screenshot, although having been taken 21 seconds after the bottom screenshot was very much taken in a reasonable time frame and further backed by the fact that the coin number is the same in both screenshots along with the health so unless the poster has some sort of vendetta against Xquality and pulled some excellent photoshopping skills in order to put this together, I deem the screenshots to be enough evidence.
