Title: cant pick up throwing weapons/ saying i have to little wpf in throwing?

i got like 90wpf right now in throwing, and it always says am to low
i throw lances and i cant pick them back up... if i hit the floor its gone forever?
if i throw an axe i can pick it up np... thus i belive it is a huge bug!

Having a similar issue: I have 63 WPF in throwing and 6 PT. When I use war darts, I get a message at the beginning of the round stating "Your proficiency in throwing weapons is too low".

I am clearly exceeding requirements for war darts and can still use them. However, they seem VERY inaccurate.

Is there a WPF requirement for each throwing weapon now? And if so, what is it?

have 84 throwing and still cannot pick up axes (sold my lances casue they are useless now). sometimes I can but more often i cannot. and seems to be diff fomr server to server for some reason.
