Title: Character Lost

I have several character in CRPG.  I logged into website this morning and could not find my MAIN character.  All of my other stupid characters are accounted for.  I am afraid to login to a crpg game server that it may overwrite and lose the character forever.

Where is my character?  How do I save him from crpg abyss?

I do not remember playing CTF.  I really would like my character back.  If I did nothing wrong, who would address this and how do I get resolution?
