Title: Wont let me respec

whenever i try respecing it just keeps telling me to enter the characters name...which i have in every way possible , same with the password

You have to enter exact name of character you want to respec

You have to be on the right char as well. Like if I am on my alt and is trying to respec my main then it wont work.

You need to enter the exact name (with correct lower/upper case) and your account password.
