how much damage/speed is added when these weapons are used in 2h mode?

Yes, I've used the search function but I'm having a hard time finding the info.

Fighting Axe:

Swing - 32Cut -> 36 Cut

Speed: 95 -> 97

Langes Messer:

Swing - 32 Cut -> 34 Cut
Thrust - 23 Pierce -> 25 Pierce

Speed: 98 -> 100
