Post by: Smithy on February 18, 2013, 05:01:57 pm: To start off, I was fighting through the doorway you see on the right, in this screenshot. After being targeted by archers, I chose to fall back. Since I had just seconds before, been engaged in melee, I had an upswing chambered. Upon trying to go through the doorway to take cover from the archers, Rohypnol also attempted to go through the doorway. We ran into each other and he kicked me. It kind of scared me because he seemed to have come out of nowhere, and so I swung not quite realizing it was a friendly, and before I could apologize, he thwomps me over the head three times with his Mallet. Rohypnol does this sort of thing throughout the day, it's got to stop sometime. I am humbly requesting a meager, 12 hour ban. I think that's fair.

When I hit you, you knocked down, and warped through the ground I could not see your flag at all. After I saw it was you I stopped. It was just me and a teammate standing around no ememies when you came through the door I swung. Here is my apology sorry. I really didn't know you was on me team at the time.

What reaction "should" have when I am already holding a top swing with a mallet, hit them, but it was you hit hit. I did not realize that you fell through the ground. I am not making this up. You can look at your own screenshot where it shows you in the corner of the sewers, through the ground, you cannot see banner, you hit me, then post me for an accident. I dont get it. It really was and accident and i apologize.

EDIT: Side Note: Everyone in NA knows you, and no one believes your 'accident I'm sorry blahblah' failure attempt at a plea.

I do hope that the admins will see that I really didn't mean to do it. You came through the door swinging at me, then I released my swing that was already held with a mallet. You was in the ground, when I knocked you down. You got back up off the ground and then took the screenshot. Otherwise I would have still been hitting you while you was on the ground and you would have taken the screenshot. But it shows me running away trying to fight more people. I don't get these people always troll posting. And how is all the blame on me, when it was just me and a teammate standing there and you swung first? Whatever I hope there is some sort of realization here.

I am trying to defend myself because you don't seem to take an apology. When it is not my fault I team wound you. So explain to me in your delusional mind, why would I not swing back? After all you are the one swinging into multiple teammates, "not me". Also I would like to note that you are trying your best to get me banned. You actually just modified your first post into completely different story now? Which lie are you going to come up more to get me banned? Or are you going to lie again and say that you just didn't modify your first post?

Stolz, you were the 'aggressor' with your original teamwound, and when you got hit back you said 'screened'. From an outside perspective that looks like it could have been baiting.

Roh, the timestamps on the logs are not in your favor:

- that's 11 seconds between the first reported teamwound & the second. It's hard to make a claim that you couldn't see someone's banner, especially 4 seconds after SCHUTZ messaged you in team.

Really, the saving grace is this was a single event (there wasn't trash talk that happened later) that didn't seem to have any additional follow-up, and there is a question regarding "who started it". You didn't go all the way and TK, and it does look like the space involved was small & tight, which could have prevented banner vision. Roh, I think I'm actually being too lenient here, but I know how often people try to focus you/provoke you in-game. Consider this a final warning/using up the last of my good will. Based on your ban history this could easily be close to a week ban.
