Honestly none of the "bastard" weapons (longsword, bastards, morningstar, katana, goedendag, etc) make sense to take up 2 slots.
Realism-wise.

Agree!Spiked maces are one slot and are slightly slower and shorter than a Katana, but do 30 B damage. There are options out there if you're willing to not look like a speshul spamurai.

A lot of 1h have better reach... and way better thrusting damage...

a little speed (one or 2 point) and better slashing damage for less reach, 2 slot and sucking thrusting damage?!!?

I feel this would be a little more balanced due to miaodao not having stab, yet having +20 reach and only -1 speed.
Well i think it'd be a good compromise like this...This seems most logical to me so far ,except for balance purposes i'd reduce the pierce to 21-22.
