Title: Rondel dagger with or without shield?

Hi, what build should I use with Rondel dagger and which option is better: Rondel Dagger + shield or just Rondel Dagger?

What's more effective, STR based build or AGI based build with this weapon?

Try 30/9 with 3 shield and 10ps, should rape  :P

Rondel dagger does only have stab? With shield then, but lots of PS to cause damn alot of dmg. :D

i have a lvl 24 3/29 pure 1H rondell dagger wielder

i dont use a shield and can kill shielder tincans with my rondell dagger, its just about chambering and knowing when to charge in. its a trollbuild so not super effective, but its a hell lot of fun.

i guess that if you have a shield, you are fucking OP

rondell dagger has a secondary mode where you swing your rondell dagger, but still do 30 pierce dmg or something. really good if you want to chamber

6/30 with 10 shield skill and 10 athlethics and a buckler. Very fun. Hunt archers though. Speed bonus does wonders for damage, so agi based build is decent.

Full WM and a dagger seems like a good idea. You'll just be a backstabbing assassin. Must feel good. I'll try it in my STF!

If you are only backstabbing and hunting archers, you won't need high wpf. As a dagger it's already really fast. If you DO go for high weapons master, then you can just spam swings all over someone's face as they panic and get hit 8 times in a row.

You have no need for high PS. Go high agi and stack shield.
