Guys as all you know, if you try to stab someone with pikes without aboozing it or making a move to have speed bonus, it glances. I want to know how it works because sometimes i am using lance on ground when i got dismounted, sometimes i got stunned like 0.5 seconds, sometimes like 1, 1.5 seconds... Any ideas?
Yes.My english sucks.

curve stabbing isnt abooze, its necesarry

i am afraid to even say that polearms sucha s longspear should be nerfed because things that you can do with it is impossible. For example hitting person right in front of you with longspear simply by looking to side , stabbing and quickly move your mouse. This is madness! (dont minus me :( )

focus the question nubs

well, give us the possiblity to hold our spear in front of us so if they run into it, they die (now they can run through)
also, downblock omniblock is gay
in that case, i agree

They also point the weapon in the sky and then thrust their longspear into your face. Point blank.

Basically he is asking how the glancing thing works, because to him it seems like when he glances he doesn't know how long the glance should be. Because he gets varying glancing timers, 0.5s, 1.0s 1.5s. So it looks like his question is asking does glancing have different timers to reset.

I don't know the mechanics of it but from my experience, you'll get stunned enough(sometimes wpf in poles helps this) that you can't block if you don't spin stab or you're attack hits the ground.
Only time you don't need to spin stab is for cav that is charging you head on. This is with longspear, pike is more or less the same but the stun is even worse and seems more frequent.
Also jumping is very useful to gain/lose distance

This is madness! :( )
Madness??? THIS IS SPARTA!!!!! :D
BTT
I think u got stunned for the hole animation time. So if u got stunned because the enemy is to close to u and u get it really early in the animation u will got a long stun if u stab but the enemy has a to strong armor to pierce it u got a short one.
