Title: Crashes display drivers

After turning on my pc and launching for the first time after joining a server for about 10 seconds the screen will go black and ill be forced to restart WSE2 Crpg, Also after this occurs all google chrome windows go black until I make them fullscreen for each individual tab. Recently I also noticed a popup saying my nvidia display drivers crashed.

Me too - the display driver crashes, the screen goes black but I can hear people fighting. It responds to alt+f4 or alt-tabbing immediately. (my windows doesn't have a spaz though it works fine in the background) Running on a laptop with two graphics processors, it's setup correctly to run on the dedicated gt 640m le. Latest geforce drivers. I played a few days ago (maybe up to 3) without problem with the same drivers and configuration. Just the current version seems to be doing it.
No actual crashes in the CRPG logs, but there are mentions of this 5 minutes before the display driver crash: [14:39:08] SCRIPT ERROR: Invalid Mesh ID: 726 [14:39:08] - Tableau material tab_game_troop_label_banner (line 6, opcode 1992, modifier 0x0)"
In windows event log "Display driver nvlddmkm stopped responding and has successfully recovered."
I'm going to try reduce graphics settings and see what happens. Right now they are at the maximum settings I could put them on.

Been playing on medium graphics settings for a couple of rounds now, no crashes

For me it only crashes on first launch after boot up. works fine from that point on

Try to reinstall your display drivers, also check if your graphics card or onboard chip is overheating

I tried the tweak while it was still up, Just made the water look bad and didint fix the problem.
I haven't had a driver crash since I tweaked my configuration like that (presumably the directx stuff), but I have to admit I don't play very much. Only primetime strat battles. I've played like 4-5 by now though, and I used to get crashes at least once, to the point that I would blackscreen within minutes.
Now it seems stable, but worse performance yeah.

I have the same problem, the screen becomes black even with the latest driver version, I have installer an earlier version of the driver (GeForce GTX 650 Ti Gigabyte) and it doesn't crashes by the same way, the screen freezes on black but there is no crashing driver anymore. Still, I have to reboot the computer or gonna get the black screen after a short while I a play without. No sign of any bug while WSE2 wasn't on.
