He has been team attacking/teamkilling whole morning. We kicked him out once but he just came back in and kept going. He TK me on spawn on beginning of the round.

True story. And on the previous map he teamhit allies in spawn. Got 5/5 hits and got kicked, apparently just rejoined after a while to continue his havoc.
