Reporting Leshma for griefing, teamwounding and QML abuse.

About 20 minutes ago on EU4

Leshma joined the server and kicked me right away without provocation when I was trying to draw my bow.

QMLed me although I killed the last enemy a few moments after that. Then another teamhit as the new round started.

I think Leshma is playing for long enough to know the rules and that these actions are breaking them. It should also be widely known that Leshma hates ranged players, which makes the motive behind this fairly clear I guess.

Anyway, this is my version. I entered the server and saw XyNox and some other archers standing near spawn and decided to friendly kick him once, he didn't respond so I did it second time. He reported me both times... I don't have enough STR to good enough boots or hurt him.

I qml-ed him because he was standing and not fighting. Ironlake and some other player were having a duel (there were 4 players left, 3 on our team and Ironlake on enemy team).

Ironlake is admin, if I did something ban worthy he would ban me for sure.

Me liking or "hating" (I don't hate anyone) has nothing to do with the way I play. Most players know how I play and that I don't grief others. I think that XyNox wants to ban me just because he doesn't like my posts on forum regarding archers.

Ironlake himself has stated that granting duels is fine but that you're not allowed to force your teammates into accepting it (jumping into/kicking ranged or just teamkilling them) and that it is no reason to poll/teamhit/rageqml/open a forum thread about leaving duels alone and then open a thread right afterwards about how you want to harras duels, and it has clearly been stated that not granting duels is no reason to qml someone and that telling you he's going to banthread is no reason to teamattack him.

Well if you consider a kick as teamattack then okay :rolleyes:

I have plate mittens, if I wanted to damage him I would use them.

Didn't know that QMLing inactive player is forbidden.

Teamhitting is teamhitting. If it would not have been teamhits I wouldnt been able to report you. Teamhitting with the intention to interrupt ranged from shooting is also considered griefing.

QMLing someone who is granting duels to the last one who is alive is hardly any kind of being "inactive", especially since I won the duel that I fought a few seconds after your QML.

Nothing in your post makes sense, so cut the bullshit for once. For the lies you present in this thread alone you should be removed permanently, though this is not for me to decide.

Dont you have eyes ? Cant you see the drawing animtion for bows ? If there is cav swarming my spawn after 10 seconds Im gonna shoot them of course. When I put an arrow in your head 2 seconds after the round started I dont think you will be like "well, he teamattacked me, but as it was start of round it doesnt matter since, you know, start of round justifies every th/tk". When someone reports you for a th it doesnt mean you should th them a second and a third time.

Also, when I run up to the last dueling guy, stop 10 m in front of him, sheat my weapon and watch the duel ( exactly like it happens at least 100 times a day on any battle server ) you want to tell me that you actually thought I went afk ?

Leshma ... this is the kind of bullshit why nobody likes you, if it has not occured to you yet.

I will ignore the teamhits because they were obviously only some kicks. I also know that Leshma usually is a fair player who doesn't break the rules. But in my opinion you still abused QML in this situation. You could have expected that XyNox was active because he reported you two times before for teamhitting. He also won the last duel. As Zlish already stated it is ok to grant duels. Also teamwounding him again after he told you that he will open a ban request was probably not the best idea. Since it is still hard to tell from the screenshots what exactly happened I will only give you a short ban.

Leshma banned for 12 hours for abusing QML.
