Title: This may just be me... but has throwing taken an accuracy nerf?

Ok so I have been playing today and overall its a nice patch, though that said my build has seemed to have taken beating :P One thing I've noticed is that my throwing crosshairs seem particularly wide today... has anyone else noticed this or is it just me? One thought thats occurred to me is that they seem a lot wider on night maps, maybe its just me or has there been an accuracy penalty for night time play?

I believe you are correct. Feels like my darts' reticule is at least twice as wide as before the patch.

Its because wpf actually plays a larger role now, can't get by on just powerthrow anymore.

i have 120 wpf in it, with 7 pt. I swear archers with those stats are far more accurate. :(

I have 9 pt and 50+ wpf and I keep getting the message that my proficiency isn't high enough for DARTS...which require one pt. If 50 isn't enough, just how much do I need?

Reason for that is because archers need accuracy to kill. throwing weapons are damn near 1 shot kills. At least now you wont hit everything.

My javelins at pt 7 and that wpf do less damage than most bows with bodkin arrows :P ha do more damage than me :P

U ride a horse, u should know that horse archery is necessary for good damage. Powerthrow doesnt add accuracy anymore and wpf has a bigger impact on it.

And no, throwing must never be as accurate as archery.

i've got 2ha :P and i know whats accurate by now :P trust me its gone down :P this shifthas just set it askew

ha rerduces penalty by 10% each point i believe, so its a reduction due to wpf increase :P
