I have 2 ideas for minor improvements...
1 - When you kill the last enemy, there should be like 3-5 seconds before the game ends. So all the people with pulled strikes/bows have a time to aim somewhere else than into their teammates.
2 - We have 1-2 slot items. I think it would be good to have 0 slot items too - like for example dagger or some other very small crap weapon without possibility to block. As an archer I'd appreciate that and I think the others too so I wouldn't have to run for minutes looking for unlooted weapon to be able to fight back at least a little.

arrows - 1 slot
arrows - 1 slot
(all slot taken but still 1 window to choose a weapon - with dagger i could fill it).
this way the next time i attack cup1d in melee (he also has no weapon) it could finish with daggerfight, instead of fistfigh which looked prety stupid to me.

I can use a long dagger with the above set up, it is a zero slot thing.

There are 0-slot items. The very low-end 1-handers take 0 slots (hatchet, stick etc.).
We'll try to get item slot usage on site asap so you can actually see these.

Either take only one bag and a good onehander or take a crap onehander, your choice.
