Well it seems that turkish people were familiar with bananas before europeans even investigated it, so turks already had their own word for bananas while all europeans just shared the same word among them.

Yeah, No. Japan and Korea are not European and the banana was domesticated in southeast Asia. More likely it is simply Turkish humor.
