i don't like the retirement age - you have to play for many hours just to heirloom your weapon, and there's no point in trying to lvl more.
Everybody will just go lvl 30, retire, go lvl 30, retire - and i think that ruins the game.
I liked the lvl 15 retirement age, maybe lvl 20 but not more.
Then you have the choice between retiring and lvling, which i think is good

I don't see the issue:
You can still get to retirement in the given week. In fact, I'm at level 22 already, in two days, with... I dunno, 2-3 hours of playtime a day tops. OK, the level nerf with the patch hit the near-retirement characters hard. Those who were more than one week old when the patch may be pissed, but that's a one-time thing. Don't change the system because transition was a bit hard on some.

not everyone plays 3 hours a day, and i would like to retire within a week, if i just do it to heirloom my weapon
