Title: Character Missing

Hello I was changing my name in the forums and during that namechange I changed the name of the character in the main menu. And when I read on the forums now it says that the namechange is complete but the character doesen't get level 25 as I was before name change. How do I fix this? Or is my character gone forever?

still need help.. is it because of patch or why cant I get my character?

Try to delete all your cookies and cache.
