I took this idea from Counter Strike which has a mod, that when you kill someone, you get a new weapon. It`s not the same but the idea is similar.
Battle type but each round your gear and class change.
For example, you play round one as a shielder, round two begins and you are an archer, and so on.
No gold bonus but on the other hand you shouldnt pay repairs for the gear aswell.
Discuss.

This would be very popular for like a week, and then people would realize that they prefer sticking to their own build. That's the reason why they play cRPG and not native.
Besides that, what would be your solution for the different skill builds? You take over the entire build of your enemy, including his skills?
I think the temptation of that game mode would be rather limited. Sorry. Fun for a short period of time, but nothing more.

Like Gungame? It could be a fun mod. Everyone spawns with the same class and build depending on the map, and then for each kill you automatically spawn with a worse and worse weapon & gear until you have to kill naked with fists or dagger or something, then the map changes
