Most likely you will have to loom it yourself. It is extremely rare armor

Byzantine royanss,byz thing,byz warlord,byzantine mlekce,jacu the grey,one MB guy only have it and no one want to sell it. Fallen zildjan had one and he sold it to somebody so that makes it 7 archon's armors in game. You better prepare 3 lp if you really want it cuy you probably are not gonna find it ever.

one of my clanmate has one and I wanna keep my lps for the new stuff that may be coming soon

well you saw what cmp told. it will be added in next patch that  can be in somewhere between tommorow or next year. i don't think we will see new items in close time.
If you are gonna retire again i would loom it and then go to lvl 32 and get 2 lp.
