Give it just a little bit. It might not actually do anything until the hour mark hits, or server registers the "next day" for Europe.

Perhaps I can shame them into giving me a full respec of my production points, idk

While For you it's been seven days the server hasn't registered the "Seventh Day" yet so you get that. Remember We, being NA, are actually behind on the time, thus if you did that like now, it'd have been 1 AM Server time(or so) so you have to wait until the server registers the 7 days since done mark.

Or it could just be wait until the hour.

You just had to wait for the hour mark. You just got your PP 8-)!

That's the kind of casual misogyny that leads to questions like "gosh why don't more girls play video games online."  Not as bad as the offensive sexism and constant harassment, but something that also needs to be addressed.
