Title: Offline mode doesn't work with WSE2

Server timeouts aren't fixed by using the offline mode with WSE2. With WSE1 it works.

Be more clear... is this a WSE2 issue or a launcher issue?

Now that you mention it, it's a launcher issue. Didn't really think further than "WSE2 won't launch".

It's probably Dropbox servers being down. I'll see if I can make the offline mode work with the WSE2 downloading part.

Had similar issue last week, got disconnected and could not get back due to DL.DROPBOX.COM unavailable or whatnot. Could not stand playing without WSE, so just took a break  :mrgreen:
