This horse is the best balance of speed, maneuverability, and survivability in the game. It's charge is great for chasing down both lightly and heavily armored foes and can tank arrows all day. It's upkeep is a little high but I never had problems because valour wasn't rare with how much damage you can dish out while riding this.
