Self explanatory. Also, why is there delay on how fast you can press M?

Whoops I didn't see this happen, guess I was in the middle of some killin'. 

At the same time, it's preferable to press 'i' to report team wounding when an admin is present. 

Anyways this is his first offense, so I'm going to stick with a 1 hour ban as a cool-off.
