Title: Team damage and pingers. Players over 200 ping cannot team wound

Its unavoidable with that much latency so why not eliminate it completely.

This would also stop overseas players from intentionally team wounding/killing in servers that they don't mind being banned from.

But would the reverse apply? Could players with 200+ ping be team hit?
