Post by: Leshma on January 15, 2013, 02:24:18 am: I've noticed you guys reverted plenty things, some of them being arbalest doing epic damage once again and lance couch doing old epic one hit damage. Based on that melee folks could easily ask for turn rate revert but I'm not here because of that.

I'm here to ask for simple tweak to make my and every other melee player's life easier.

Please fix overhead getting stuck on teammates/shields behind you, it's happening all the time and it's awfully annoying. I understand that we shouldn't be able to attack through our teammates who are beside us but people staying behind us are a huge issues and this only make people rage, has no positive effects at all.

Please, if possible, fix this. I practically beg you!

Post by: no_rules_just_play on January 15, 2013, 07:50:24 am: imagine in real life that somebody for some reason brings his halberd all the way to the ground behind him and than swings his weapon to the enemy in front of him, but as you are standing behind him his halberd just goes between your legs and gives you a nutshot. I dont think anybody would bring his weapon so far behind him to hit anybody, thats just extremely weird

imagine medieval archer running from a knight @ Usain Bolt speeds, turning around while jumping and shooting him mid air, killing him with 3 arrows Oo. long bow couldnt even pierce the plate from 25 meter range and if the did pierced it, it did no significant dmg because of the chainmail and all the other stuff under the plate.

this mod is NOT REALISTIC and thats good cuz it wouldnt be fun otherwise.

so yeah i back Leshmas suggestion.
