Title: EU NA PING personal problem

I have more ping in EU than in NA

EU is like 240  and NA is like 190 during the day.

Anybody of you, briliant minds, cant help to understand the source of this problem?

There is a big ping thread exactly talking about this,pls post there, i have same problem as u along with many other people.
