My fps stays around 100 all the time, but when there are a lot of a people around the game starts to stutter A LOT. Sometimes the attack animations are skipped completely, people just running around and dying without anyone really swinging a weapons. Unplayable. Started yesterday when I downloaded wse2.

I got this problem. I turned down most graphics to pretty low and enabled vsync and it stopped. Then you can slowly turn graphics back up a bit to a level that stabilizes.
The annoying thing is that some maps are ridiculously more graphic intensive than others so one map you could easily run with graphics at highish and then the next you will have massive fps probs with same settings.

I'm using best grafics possible with wse(1), but wse 2 forces me to turn all the grafics to the lowest possible :(

i have something like that my fps and ping do not change but i teleport like some pokemon.

Found a fix to this. Limited my frame rate to 60 and unticked the "Reduce framerate limit input lag"

My problem is similar but it is always whit Ping spikes (400 or more) during 10-15 seconds.... the ping seems normal but I can see it higher after few seconds of lagging...
I see all characters walking strangely without control, mine too.... my chat text I write appears after 10 sec...
And then suddenly I hear and see my character dying when ping back to normal...
My audio makes strange noise (like bad signal in radiofrequency) when it occurs just like I m downloading something.... maybe I should untick the "charge textures in demand) in first window but this first window doesn't appear with WSE2 launcher...
I have big PC so I can always play with maxi graphics with no problem except this "ping" massive fuck"...
PS : I don't download anything, I turn my steam off, only firefox running with Crpg....

I have the solution that worked for me! When you are launching C-rpg through the lunch where you can select warband or C-rpg. "Click on Configure>Then Click on the Video Tab>Then Look at Max.Frame Rate:>Set that to 60
I've had this issue for forever. Same as the above answer. Posted to clarify
