One vid leads to another, and another, and another, and another. Etc...
I remember i had this teacher in 1 class who said don't watch porn or youtube as it's waste of your time. (Especially youtube because you'll just get sucked into this vid-marathon usually).

I usually listen to podcasts from www.econtalk.org (http://www.econtalk.org) while playing crpg. I turn off the music and sounds.
Its a large backcatalog of great ones.

download the top 100 sci-fi audiobooks , I cant tell you how, but use your imagination.

Reddit has a huge variety of information, just register and unsubscribe from stuff like /wtf , /aww , /pics , /adviceanimals etc if you don't want cat pics and random memes or gross images. You can make it so you just get info about documentaries, science, any genre of music, movies, worldnews etc. Or you can customise for whatever else you want
