Title: Slezkh Castle (Strategus)

this castle becomes my nemesis.


1) The main keep is reachabel by ladders from the defenders, which i cant imagine was the intention of the dudes who created that castle. With ladders from there on top of that keep up in the sky, it is impossible to build anything around that main keep as attacker.

2) indestructable wall sections on the front. 4 Catapult shot 20 minutes onto 2 wall segments, and they didn't go down any further after reaching certain status. Seen from attacker perspective the wall to the right of the none-lowerable gate stopped at 6k HPs and didn't loose anymore HP. The section on the left to the gate pretty much the same.

- From certain walls the defenders could jumo down without any damage

the whole map is buggy..

Agreed about your points. But I have couple questions, Kinngrimm, if you don't mind.

So, it means that attacking at your night time is OK (and tbh very late for most part of us, only 5 DRZ were on the first battle) but not defending - at 7 a.m - it is OK too it seems.

What the hell, Kinngrimm? Really! I understand that you want the castle back, and "in war all means are good" ©. But I thought we all trying to get some fun. And also, I thought you said somewhen, that you will not fuck up with night time.
Suppose I misunderstood something. Don't know.

3) invisible walls on the back of the castle left of the main keep(seen from attacker perspective), which makes laddering there pretty much obsolete, only option is to put it straight onto the keep and jump from there.

not talking about that, but about 2k reinforcements which sneaked into the castle afterwards

kinngrimm, is a huge dot of 2000 reinforcements so badly visible on the map and move so fast that you could not see them? Yeah, it's a really
reason to blame us... ;) I don't really remember when those reinforcements were put there, but i suppose it was made from the 2nd to 17th December, because all your attacks on that castle were made in this period, that is also much earlier the Christmas.

as you dont seem to know how these reinforments went down, why not ask your superior first befor you bug me about stuff you should be able to get information from them.
There were 2 parties 1 with 1.5k, moving through the woods at mechin, in the woods they disappeared and we first spotted them the next days close to Slezkh Castle already.
Second was someone who claimed to be neutral, could have been a trader but the dumped another 700 troops into that castle .. cheers BlackTea i wont forget that!

The reinforcements had been between 20 and 24th, if you can't didn't see them then you are clearly not in the position to judge about them either.

Also i didn't start blaming here anything, you used this thread which was about a totally different topic to start blaming, so now i ask you very polite, please leave kinngrimm alone QQ alright ;)

4) between the tower right of the gate and the walls with the house behind is a gab right of that particular tower when it has been shot down by catapults. You can walk there straight through.

Anyway, kinng, it was just a reinforcement not an attack or something like that so no one had to fight on the holiday. Don't forget that it's just a game, sometimes you win, sometimes you loose. The Guards snapped us hard on the nose in this battle http://c-rpg.net/index.php?page=battlesparticipated#!?page=battledetail&id=1972 it was very sad but life goes on, we're moving forward... :P
