Title: selling +1 items

why would anyone loom something to +1 and than try to sell it for about 340k if they can sell loompoint for like 440k?

Why does anyone buy a brand new car and then sell it again a few weeks later?

Sometimes item stats got changed and/or animation or something is fucked up, hence the shiny +1 is not the best option anymore, and better to get some money off it than to let dust fall all over.  Or crusthrough removed, or knockdown removed, or weight doubled or made useless by some other stuff.
