Something similair happened to me.
Missing Mail Chausses, Mail Gauntlets and roughly 2000 gold.

It seems to be something that happened when the new UI for the website went live?

I see this is a bit old. But I just had a good 2hour run last night, Got a x5 going for 4 rounds. The 8.5k Gold that I accumulated is now missing...

Is there someone I can talk to about this?

sometimes it happens that there are rollbacks to older version of DB which means you do not keep the recently gained xp/gold, but it was usually connected to some issues with servers/website

good idea would be to post in Bug section or try asking on IRC

Defend the village? If so, DTV XP and gold is reduced by half of what is shown in game, meaning every tick you saw for 250 gold was actually 125 gold.
