So I'm making a hybrid. My plan is a 31 build, 18/21 6 ps 7 ath 7 wm 6 pt but the issue i have is for level 30. Do I go for 6 PS and 3 PT or 5 PS and 4 PT. I'm leaning towards the extra PS cos I'm better at melee than throwing but I'm not sure.

3 PT is fine, your PS is way more important. Make sure you have enough throwing WPF in the long run to throw at 5 PT with whatever armor you prefer, do tests with a STF.

With 7 WM you should have more than enough. With 5 WM I have PT 5, 104 throw wpf and 125 melee wpf and can equip heaviesh armor like lamellar + nord warlord helm.
You might not wanna go up to PT6 tho. PT 4 (heavy axes) and PT 5 (jarids) are fine. Throwing spears aren't that great for a hybrid, individually they aren't as good as jarids, the only advantage is ammo, if you are carrying 2 stacks that's probably more than you need and you will be wasting your time throwing when you should be in melee or ending the round with lots of leftover. I usually carry 2 stacks of axes and usually end the round with leftover unless there's a shitload of horses. Spears are better for a pure thrower gimmick char who really needs the extra ammo cuz he can't melee.
You could even go PT4 cuz IMO axes are better than jarids for a hybrid. They have fast windup so you can get off shots quickly at closer range, and they are better for defence cuz they hurt unarmoured horses more. Plus they are decent melee weps if someone charges you and you just have time to hit x.
Jarids are more accurate and longer range, so are a better support weapon to snipe at heroes at 20 yards distance.

I would go PT5 with Jarids. Why not 3 stacks of jarids and a Langes Messer (or fighting axe) ?
I think that Heavy Th x need fit better to shielders because you have to be at close range.

Well as a Ninja I'm slightly restricted on weapons, but I was leaning towards 6 PS and 3 PT with 2 stacks of Javelins and eventually jarids/throwing spears for level 31. WPF isn't an issue, split it pretty well and I'm already quite accurate despite only having 6WM at the moment so its going to improve.

My build.. lvl 34 though.
Strength:18
Agility:24
Two Handed:123
Polearm:3
Throwing:146
Weapon Master:8
Athletics:8
Iron Flesh:1
Power Strike:6
Power Throw:6
Thing with throwing is that it gets better the more you put into it.. I'd recommend 5 or 6 pt for a 31 build and around 110-120 wpf.
Then you will hurt with the throwing jarids or snowflakes (*daggers are probably better except for interrupting)
With a mw katana 120 wpf is enough to deal with anything.. but you need the speed that high AGI gives you.
18/21 or 15/24 must be up to you. Probably 18/21 will be the better choice.
The reason I went 18 str is because of the old katana stats when I started the build, but also because MW Jarids could 1 hit most cav back then. (Not so much anymore)
Now the katana has even more cut, so I would look at 15/24 5ps 5pt 120/120 or smth like that.. Try it if you can live with 5ps!

WPF isn't a big deal, pretty much got that side of things in line. I don't think this will be far away from your build, Thomek.
