i was playing EU1 late up the night, i was playing on my assassin warpriest alt with rondell dagger and smokebombs(requiescat_in_pace_HRE)

first i cowardly killed an enemy that thought he could have some roleplay and he could be my bodyguard
than i found myself the only one left on my team, enemy had two guys. i saw them coming and decided to hide behind a plant, they ran past me and i killed the polearmer before he could draw his weapon.
than this happened: i threw some smokebombs so the archer couldnt aim properly and we started dueling, we were both kinda swinging in the air, too scared for eachothers weapons. at a certain moment i striked towards him and he tried to do the same, this is what happened:

nope, i had the last kill according to the game, however i was already dying, i was able to stab that foe for the last time

Your story doesn't add up, since when is a rondel dagger counted as a mace?

Since it does pierce damage. And any 1h pierce weapon looks like that.
And yes, this is ridiculous.

Practice dagger looks like a "mace" graphic when you kill people too.

Also I have particle effects turned off so the smoke bombs don't do anything on my screen.

It's because the rain animation looks terrible (I had particle effects off forever because a map had these "cherry blossom clouds" all over the map and it looked ridiculous).  I tried turning it on and realized that when it rains, the rain falling takes up a lot of my screen and is very distracting, and much harder to pick people out when I'm riding top speed on my champion courser in first person.

But yeah, it's always funny seeing someone throw a smoke bomb and it does literally nothing on my screen.

I use smoke bombs to crash people to desktop or drop them to 5fps  :twisted:
